Our journey began as Change Management and Organizational Development leaders at a Fortune 500 company, where we spent years guiding global teams through transformation and coaching leaders to navigate complex challenges. But as accomplished as we were professionally, we felt stuck—chasing success in systems and structures that weren’t designed for us as women.

We questioned whether we belonged at the top. We fell into the trap of overworking and overdelivering to prove ourselves in male-dominated spaces. And for a while, we believed that was the price of success.
